DESCRIPTION:Abbey Pilates is mat based classical Pilates. Aimed to provide 
 a fun\, safe &amp\; challenging workout for different abilities.\nThis cla
 ss is suitable for those who are new to Pilates\, who have a lower level o
 f fitness or those who are improving on their Pilates practice. Most Pilat
 es exercises are down on the mat so the ability to get up and down on the 
 mat is required.\nClasses are held in the Oak Room (upstairs) in Fr Breen 
 Park\, Abbeyleix.\nPlease bring your own mat - all other equipment will be
  provided. It is also advisable to bring a small towel &amp\; a water bott
 le. Please arrive 5 minutes before class for a smooth check in experience 
 and to familiarise yourself with any equipment.\nIt is best to wear tight 
 fitting\, comfortable clothing in order to facilitate free movement of all
  areas of your body. You will not need any footwear as Pilates is practice
 d in bare feet or socks.\n\nPricing: €50 for this 6-week block of classe
